Qualification –Post Graduation

Roles &Responsibilities:

Purchases/Sales/Expenses

1. Processing of purchase payments (goods and services) and accounting of the same in the ERP.

2. Raising of sale invoices in  ERP

3. Due adherence to the applicable statutes while processing the payment and accounting i.e TDS, GST etc.

4.Verification & processing of employees expenses/ reimbursements.

Reconciliations

5.To carry out vendor/ customer reconciliations. 

6. Bank related – To carry out BRS for the banks being operated

Statutory Compliances

7. Compliance to TDS/TCS returns

8. Compliance to GST returns

Book closure – To assist & carry out necessary book closure related activities (Creation of provisions, review & analysis etc.)

Audits

9.  To assist in completion of audits (Preparation of data for audit schedules etc – Statutory, Tax audit)

MIS

10.  To prepare necessary MIS reports as agreed from time to time
