Admin cum Accounts Assistant

Profile of candidate – Age –Less than 35 years with base location in Noida

Academic Qualification

  • Mandatory –B.Com / B.A

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining record of order data sheet/ Purchase order & other contract documents.
  • Coordination with accounts department @ Bangalore.
  • Handling general accounts of Noida branch
  • Payment follow-ups with the customers in absence of Commercial department colleagues.
  • Entries in ERP
  • Reconciliation of payments
  • Visit to Banks & other Offices as instructed
  • Regular Accounting entries
  • Office administrative work
  • Maintain office fixed asset register
  • Coordinating with all the staff to maintain individual attendance, visit and leave record.
  • Handling payments in an organised and timely manner
  • Handling the audits as necessary.
  • Analysing and reporting the sales data to Director Sales.
  • Follow the instructions of Director Sales.

Requirements

  • Previous work experience as aAdmin cum accounts assistant.
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Team spirit
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good Spoken English
  • Exposure with Engineering Industry Preferred.
  • Proficient with ERP, word, outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Advance features with Excel.
  • Strong analytical and communication skill
  • Disciplined and ethical behaviour.
  • No Constraints on travelling.
  • Having own transportation / bike
