Laserfiche Support Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  Support any Business Area, such as: Trade; Traffic; Accounting related tasks such as configuration of PC, access control  (Laserfiche repositories)
  Manage and Monitor Laserfiche workflows and troubleshoot any failures.
  Manage document repositories (Laserfiche’s servers and SQL tables)
  Manage and Monitor any errors dealing with Contract # sequence, and LF error notifications.
  Manage all SQL based Laserfiche tables and integration table with ERP (Navision)
  Work with LF team lead member and as to provide the adequate application support required by the business and time restrains.
  Support the day-to-day ERP (Navision) maintenance when integrated with other ECOM application team members.
 
Your skills and experience
• Proven Laserfiche application background in a corporate environment or similar DI & DM platform.
• Solid experience in DI & DM related support systems such as OPENBOX, MOXO, Hyland, etc.
• Experience in working with Commodity trade business leads and end users.
• Solid technical background in configuration and connecting of supporting systems.
• Ability to work in a team sharing solutions and learning from other team members.
 
Qualifications: 
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, Software Engineering or a business related field
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.  Spanish language skills is a plus
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical business owners
• Experience working in a multinational, multicultural environment in different time zones and geographically separated teams is desirable
