Fabrication Engineer

Qualification:- DME/BE- Mechanical

Experience:-  +5 Yrs for Engineer +8 yrs for Manager in Aluminium profile machining and Fabrication sector especially OEM components machining like, cutting, drilling, Countersunking, milling, tapping, welding, etc.

Job Description:-

1. Planned and laid out work to meet production and schedule requirements.
2. Set up and Fabrication production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.
3. Troubleshoot problems with equipment.
4. Product machine costing
5. Maintaining Fabrication Crew with efficient job loading
6. CNC programming of Fabrication equipment
7. Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
8. Ability to cross train to other machine operations
9. Good skills and abilities in layout and fabrication
10. Able to gather and analyze relevant information, and coordinate work with other team members
11. Good mechanical skills and abilities
12. Maintain active pursuit of additional training and educational opportunities to increase knowledge and experience related to the maintenance field
13. Completes projects with minimal guidance showing a proactive attitude to minimizing equipment downtime and lost production capability
14. Participate in data quality review and troubleshooting
15. Excellent communication skills
16. SAP, Autocad & Excel skills for data analysis
17. Hands-on experience following aluminium fabrication machining equipments.

20. Finishing fabrication done by trimming, filing, grinding, deburr, buff, or smoothing surfaces, seams, or joints of parts, using hand tools or portable power tools.
