Factory Management

• Receipt confirmation of all material (Raw cashew /Packing material / consumables) received at factory
• Keep proper track of material issued for processing
• Monitoring of FG received after processing
• Monitoring of Inward & Outward movement of stocks along with stock in transit and loss in transit
• Monitoring their weight, dimensions, amounts, and location for Inventory Management and uphold the report as per the timeline
• Verification of tolling bills
• Maintenance of documentation at all levels
• Liaison with local Processor / GST/ APMC / CHA and other statutory authorities
• Circulation of Factory Processing MIS / Stock report / ageing report
• Billing of all sales invoice and processing entry into Navision
• Preparations of GST return data for Job work return
• PV of stock at month end
• Monthly Reconciliation of stock certificate with our records
• Surprise Factory audit
• Ensuring the SOP is followed without any violation at processing units
• Handling any other assignment on requirement basis

Statutory Compliances 

• APMC Paymentand Returns
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.

IT Support 

• Participate for IT system development, testing and implementation.
• Participate fully and ensure smooth closing of monthly accounts and MIS.
